PROPOSALS for AGM RULE ALTERATIONS 3^rd September 2007

Proposal from EPRBL B carried over from E.G.M to be put before this AGM

Notice of Motion

1.      A minimum of 9 players per team

2.      Players to be drawn 1-9 each match

3.      Only 3 players be allowed to play twice in any one match

4.      These players to be selected from the first 6 singles games

5.      These players to be paired with players 7,8,and 9 on team sheet

Proposal from Whitby S& S I B C

The afternoon league teams shall have a minimum of 8 players and all available players must play.

Proposal League Secretary

That the format stays the same with 6 players

(If teams want to increase numbers of players in a team and have excess players the answer is to enter more teams of 6 players otherwise we will lose teams in the league)
